Jorge Mendez began as a picker at coffee farms. When Mirror visited him, he shared that it was always his dream to own his own farm and produce his own coffee. Today he owns his own farm with his family called El Panal and recently purchased the farm that he first started picking coffee at! Over the last four years, Mirror have enjoyed the coffees he's grown and produced.
