About this Coffee:

Tulise comes through SNAP, a thoughtful exporter who partners closely with farmers in the surrounding kebeles (communities) across Yirgacheffe in the Gedeo region of Ethiopia. Grown between 1,900–2,200 meters, this coffee reflects the high-altitude precision and heritage that make Yirgacheffe one of the most celebrated coffee origins in the world.

This lot features JARC varieties 74110 and 74112, along with other indigenous selections, many of which were developed to preserve Ethiopia’s incredible diversity of flavor while supporting resilient, small-farm cultivation. The coffee is naturally processed, allowing slow fruit-drying to bring forward deeper fruit character and gentle sweetness.

It has notes of pink lady apple, apricot, strawberry, and soft white tea, with a lively fruit profile and a peaceful, tea-like finish. This was our favorite cup of all the coffees we tasted—bright, expressive, and full of that classic Yirgacheffe charm.

Note: This coffee comes in a 12oz which is larger than previous drops
