About this Coffee:

Dinkinesh: Dale comes from a collection of smallholder farmers in the highlands of Sidamo, Oromia, Ethiopia, where coffee has grown wild for generations. Harvested between 1,750–2,000 meters, this lot represents some of Ethiopia’s treasured landrace varieties—heirloom plants that have adapted to the landscape over centuries and carry deep history in every cup.

This coffee is washed processed, which brings out a clean and delicate profile with soft florals and gentle sweetness. It has notes of orange blossom, mango, sweet red tea, and a lemonade-like finish, with a light, tea-like structure that reminds us of oolong and keeps the cup soft and peaceful.

We love this coffee for its gentle personality—subtle, fragrant, and beautifully balanced in that classic Ethiopian way.
