El Vergel, or Black Mountain, is an inactive volcano where Elias & Shady Baytar farm their coffees. Elias & Shady's coffees have become famous over the years as they push the boundaries of what's possible in processing and continually elevate the quality of their craft. This is one of Mirror's  favorite decafs we've ever tried, and we've come back harvest after harvest to serve this decaf.
