Castillo Rose Tea Finca El Paraiso

Rose Tea R-03 uses a double anaerobic fermentation with yellow fruit yeast cultures and finishes with a thermal shock wash to highlight delicate floral and fruit characteristics. Expect a vibrant profile of rose tea, oolong, and cantaloupe, supported by a creamy body and lactic acidity. This coffee was selected by Hydrangea for its elegant floral expression and complex sweetness.
